His most recent books are The God That Did Not Fail: How Religion Built and Sustains the West\, A Deeper Vision: The Catholic Intellectual Tradition in the Twentieth Century\, and Columbus and the Crisis of the West. \n \n \nJoseph Pearce is a Visiting Fellow and Emeritus St. John Henry Newman Visiting Chair in Catholic Studies at Thomas More College. He is an internationally-acclaimed author and the Director of Book Publishing at the Augustine Institute. Additionally\, he also serves as the editor of the St. Austin Review\, series editor of the Ignatius Critical Editions\, and senior contributor at the Imaginative Conservative.\n \n \nWilliam E.
